The oil protected by the Regulatory Council is
a natural product,elaborated within the limits of the area of production
of the denomination.It comes from the direct and manual harvesting
of "Arbequina", the appraised variety of olive,
with the following features:
OIL FEATURES:
Virgin Oil: It is a natural product obtained
from olives in the first pressing, using mechanical procedures that
do not modify the natural composition and keep all the vitamins
and nutritional contents of the oil.
Extra virgin: Unbeatable quality features.
Fruity Oil: Gives its high-quality and intense
scent and taste to the food on which it is used.
